These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and bdrummey ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform"). They govern all access to and use of the bdrummey website, mobile interface, game library, sportsbook, live casino, promotional offers, payment facilities, and any other services offered by or through bdrummey now or in the future.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between bdrummey and its players. To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on bdrummey, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person (i.e., an individual human being) and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.

bdrummey performs KYC (Know Your Customer) verification on all accounts. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the time period requested will result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

Where bdrummey has reasonable grounds to suspect that an account is being used by a person under the age of 18, or that false information has been provided during registration, the platform reserves the right to suspend the account immediately, void all bets and game results, and refer the matter for further investigation. Any funds deposited by an underage player will not be refunded and shall be retained by bdrummey in accordance with applicable policy.

One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on bdrummey. Operating multiple accounts (whether under the same name or different names) is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. Where multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended, all balances and winnings will be voided, and the player will be permanently banned from the platform.

All financial transactions on bdrummey are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdrummey supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for players in Bangladesh:

Wagering Requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all bonus funds credited to your bdrummey account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be processed. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus must generate ৳30,000 in eligible wagers before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it become withdrawable.

Where bonus abuse is detected, bdrummey reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings generated from it, and suspend or permanently close the offending account without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bdrummey. This list is not exhaustive; bdrummey reserves the right to determine what constitutes prohibited conduct in cases not explicitly listed below.

• Multi-accounting: Creating, operating, or having another person operate more than one account on bdrummey, whether for personal use, to claim multiple bonuses, or for any other purpose.
• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your identity in any manner.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in live casino games, poker, or sports betting pools in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over bdrummey.
• Arbitrage and match-fixing: Placing bets designed to exploit pricing discrepancies in the bdrummey sportsbook, or placing bets on events whose outcome you have advance knowledge of through non-public means, including any involvement in match-fixing.

• Harassment and abuse: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive conduct toward bdrummey staff or other platform users via any communication channel, including live chat.

All content published on or made available through bdrummey — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, game assets, interface designs, software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of bdrummey or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is made available on bdrummey under commercial licensing arrangements. Players may not reproduce, extract, distribute, or create derivative works from any such game content.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use bdrummey solely for your personal entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your bdrummey account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live support team via live chat. Before closing your account, bdrummey will process any outstanding verified withdrawal requests. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Closure by bdrummey: bdrummey reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).
• Any behaviour that bdrummey deems harmful to the platform, its staff, or other players.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if no login activity or financial transaction has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. bdrummey will notify the account holder by email prior to applying the dormant account policy. A monthly administration fee of ৳100 will be deducted from any remaining balance in a dormant account until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player logging in and completing a transaction.

Final Settlement: Upon closure of an account (whether voluntary or by bdrummey), any verified real-money balance remaining after the deduction of applicable fees will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to the completion of KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding fraud investigation. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.
